Officer's U.S. and Medical collar Insignia

Tunic and trousers of private purchase type, Columbus, Ohio tailor label in collar. Sewn constructed and applied Custer Division, 85th Division shoulder sleeve insignia. Gold bullion Captain bars on epaulettes, matching overseas chevron. Officer's insignia of U.S. and Medical on standing collar, both hooks on collar present. All buttons remain, good lining, two inside pockets. Some moth bites, most on left sleeve and right chest. Tunic displays nicely. There are no names inside, no size tags. Matching trousers are nice as well, some numbers inscribed inside, no names, faded out tag. One button missing on back pocket.
