Services, performed on this machine:
Complete disassembly, down to the frame. All modules, panels, pieces and parts are high temperature steam cleaned. We disinfect the machines against water/milk mold, and remove(if any) mold or milk residue. Milk cooler gaskets removed and steamed. Grinder deck module shaft lubed, and belts inspected and replaced if needed. The boiler, group head, and entire waterline system is descaled via the built in cleaning system. We check past service logs via the onboard touch screen computer system. Finally, we thoroughly test all functions of the machine, for both quality and performance.
