    the collar and cuffs and is complemented with a lovely rich burgundy color velvet. Inside the jacket is a fantastic liner in superb condition with silk striped lined sleeves and a breast pocket. Complete
    with
    manufactures tag with original Captains name. Lovely early brass buttons depicting the PHS cypher Collar has original clips and hooks around the front. As you probably know this Federal Agency is very small so you rarely see these pieces come up for auction so don't
    miss out!
    Condition: Please refer to photos for further

    report or ask. Does show signs of wear to the outside. 3 buttons fell off and will be included. Not certain if there is a space for another but I have only 3. Some moth damage and holes
    throughout
    . Right collar portion has begun to
    separate
    from the right
    shoulder
    a bit. The two tabs are complete however they have been
    detached
    from the
    shoulders
    and are affixed at the corners only.
