Create an oil slick to attract fish with the convenient and easy to use fish oil dispensing system. This soft sided menhaden oil dispenser comes with a 4 1/2 foot tube and a thumb wheel drip control valve so that you can control the flow of liquid being disbursed into the water. This IV bag has 2 holes at the top for attaching to a line. Hang the dispenser off a cleat on your boat or from a long line, the unit will float on the water surface.
This dispenser can be used with other types of oils to attract fish.
